2.6lbsMini chicken wings
4-5wholebay leaves
Chicken Marinade
2½tspsea salt
½tspgarlic powder
½tsponion powder
¼tspginger powder
1pinch black pepper
1pinch white pepper
3Tbspwhite wine
4Tbsp2% Milk
2TbspLemon juice
Spicy Dipping Sauce (optional)
2TbspBibigo Gochujang Hot & Sweet
1TbspOligodang/Oligo Syrup
½TbspSesame Oil
Garnish
sesame seeds
Scallions, chopped
Instructions
Make Chicken Marinade in a small mixing bowl. Stir well, set aside.
Clean chicken wings and pat dry with paper towel. Drop them into a gallon ziplock bag.
Pour Marinade into chicken and seal bag. Massage for few minutes. Open bag and add bay leaves. Keep in fridge for at least 1 hour. For maximum flavor, leave for 3 hours in fridge.
Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
Place chicken wing on the cooking wire tray, skin side up, making sure to leave 1" distance. Don't crowd up the tray.
Bake for 10-12 min or until the skin is golden brown and crispy. Flip the wings and bake 4 min additional. Lower the temperature to 325 degrees and cook additional 4 min.
Serve hot, garnish with sesame seeds and scallions. Serve spicy sauce on side, optional.
