Ingredients
½lbground beef
1cupdrained tofu, loosely packed
2clove garlic, minced
½medium onion, chopped
¼cupscallion, chopped
½cupoyster mushroom, diced
½tspsea salt
⅛tspblack pepper
2TbspMirin
1TbspKorean Soy Sauce
1Tbspsesame oil
1egg, large
3-4Tbspcorn starch
3-5Tbspneutral oil for cooking
Instructions
Combine all ingredient into a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly and divide into 7 large meatballs. Flatten them into about 1/2" thickness patties. Set aside.
Heat a nonstick skillet. Add oil and cook patties for about 8-10min in medium high heat. Flipping half way, or until golden brown.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with hot rice and veggies.
