Ingredients

Garlic

olive oil
Instructions
Mince garlic and set aside.
Clean and peel 2 medium size potatoes. Chop them into match sticks.
Add the potatoes into a non stick pan. Add oil and turn on the heat to med-high.
Stir-fry the potatoes for about 4mins or until half transparent. stirring frequently.
Add garlic and cook for another 2-3mins, stirring.
Set heat to low and add salt and pepper, cook for 1min.
Turn off heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions.
