Korean Stir-Fried Potatoes, Gamja Bokkeum

Korean Pan Stir-Fried Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt seasalt
  • tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds roasted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Mince garlic and set aside.
  • Clean and peel 2 medium size potatoes. Chop them into match sticks.
  • Add the potatoes into a non stick pan. Add oil and turn on the heat to med-high.
  • Stir-fry the potatoes for about 4mins or until half transparent. stirring frequently.
  • Add garlic and cook for another 2-3mins, stirring.
  • Set heat to low and add salt and pepper, cook for 1min.
  • Turn off heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions.
