Ingredients
10hardboiled/steamed eggs
⅔cuponiondiced
1Korean red chili pepperfinly diced
3scallionchopped
1Korean green chili pepperfinly diced (optional)
Tasty Sauce Ingredients
¾cupKorean Sempio Jin Soy Sauce
⅔cupwater
5Tbspraw cane sugar
1Tbspvinegar
2tspmaesil extract(plum extract)
1Tbspsesame seedswhole
1pinchblack pepper
1Tbspgarlicminced
½-1tspsesame oilsprinkle before serving
Instructions
Steam/Boil eggs. Cool and peel the egg shell. Set aside.
Chop & dice vegetables and set aside.
Make the Tasty Sauce in a medium size bowl, mix well. Into the same bowl, pour the chopped vegetables and eggs. Give it a stir and cover the bowl. Refrigerate overnight.
Serve egg cold on top of rice. Drizzle heaping tablespoon of tasty sauce. Drizzle with sesame oil and mix all together. Enjoy!!
