Wash and drain beans, then pour into Instant Pot. Add the remainder ingredients. Put the lid on tight.
Select "bean" setting. Set for 25min with warming then NPR (Natural Release Pressure). Leave it in the pot for about 30min. Twist off the lid and drain out water. Yields about 2-½ cup of beans.
Can be stored in ziplock bag and stored in the freezer for about 2 months.
