Ingredients
1lbpork belly (1/4” thick)
3Tbspsoju/sake
Sauce
2TbspABC sauces Sweet Soy Sauce
1TbspChaechili Sambal Sauce
1tspminced garlic
½Tbsplemon juice
½Tbspsesame oil
1tspminced garlic powder
1pinchblack pepper
1pinchwhite pepper
1pinchPinch ginger powder
Salad
arugula
Scallions, shredded
Garnish
1pinchsesame seeds
Instructions
Preheat air fryer @375 F. Marinate pork with soju for 5min. Air fry meat for 10-11 min, flip half way. Meanwhile make the sauce. When meat is done/golden brown, brush the sauce unto the meat. Air fry @325 F for 1-2min. Repeat on each side. Cut meat and serve.
For salad dressing, mix sweet soy sauce, sambal and lemon juice. 1:1:1 ratio Toss with arugula and shredded scallions. Can serve with rice.
