Ingredients
1lbssalmon fillet with skin
2clovesgarlicminced
⅛tspginger powder
2½TbspKorean Soy Sauce
1tspsugar
1Tbspmirin
1Tbsplemon juice
1Tbspmanuka honey
1pinchblack pepper
1wholeonion, smallchopped
garnish
¼cupscallion, chopped
sesame seeds
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a gallon ziplock bag. Add salmon fillet and gently message. Seal and store in fridge overnight.
Place fish and sauce into a saucepan and bring to boil. Simmer in low heat with lid for 22-24min.
Increase heat and cook for about 3-4 min, continuously spooning sauce onto fish until sauce has thickened.
Plate and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds. Serve with fresh rice.
