1 small cookie scooper or melon baller
Ingredients
151" round watermelon balls
1cupwatermelon juice cold
½Tbspsugar
⅓cupice cubes
⅓cupginger alecold
3-4fresh stevia leaves
Instructions
Take a whole fresh watermelon and slice it into half. Then place the half watermelon on a counter and stabilize it.
Using a cookie or ice cream scooper. use rotating motions to scoop out 15-20 watermelon round balls. Set aside.
Use a blender to create watermelon juice with sugar.
Into a medium size bowl, add watermelon balls, watermelon juice, ginger ale and ice cubes.
Ladle watermelon punch into individual bowls. Serve cold with spoon.
Optional: Garnish with greens like stevia or mint leaves.
